This set of lesson plans provides a framework from which to build a progressive preteen and teen strength training program and includes the following:
- Weekly lifting protocol
- Identification of points of performance
- Identification of safety issues
- 90 associated conditioning workouts; 45 each specifically designed to complement back squat day and deadlift day
